AT THE PARK REFUND POLICY
Free Activities:
All free activities can be canceled at any time. However, please consider that last-minute cancellations may affect the coach's program. Therefore, we strongly advise that if you need to cancel your session, you do so with at least 3 hours' notice.
Paid Venue Activities:
Refunds will be issued if the cancellation is submitted at least 12 hours before the session starts.
Late Cancellation:
If you are unable to cancel within the 12-hour window, we recommend finding a replacement to ensure you do not lose your payment for the session.
