1. Eligibility for Exchange & Refund
Items can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase.
Products must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed items.
2. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.
Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we’ll send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition.
After inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Pack your items securely and send them to our return address provided by customer service.

In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees, upon return.
